By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not participate.

3. Eligibility and Scope

Participation is open to legal residents of the European Economic Area aged 16 or older.
Registration is valid regardless of which form is used or from which country it is submitted, as long as the participant resides in Europe.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. Registration Process

To enter, you must fill out a form with your name, email address, and phone number (including country code).
Using any of the available forms counts as one valid entry per person.

5. Use of Personal Data

By entering, you agree that your data may be used by the organizers to:

• Manage your participation in the giveaway
• Notify you if you are selected as a winner
• Send promotional content related to Rayox Sport and Zcebra Planet

6. Winner Selection

• Two winners will be selected: one for each prize
• The draw will be conducted live via Instagram Live on the accounts @rayoxsport and @z.cebra
• The selection will be entirely random and transparent
• Winners may be required to verify their identity before receiving the prize

7. Prizes

• 1 Hurricane pickleball paddle (Rayox Sport)
• 1 Totem pickleball paddle (Zcebra Planet)
• Only one paddle per company will be raffled, regardless of how many forms are submitted or the country of the participant.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Organizers may replace the prize with another of equal value if necessary

8. Prize Delivery

• If the winner is present at the tournament, the prize will be handed over in person
• Otherwise, it will be shipped at no cost to any address within the European Economic Area

9. Winner Notification

• Winners will be announced publicly during the Instagram Live broadcast
• If a winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected

10. Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from participation or use of the prize
• They do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of the website

11. Modifications and Cancellations

• The organizers may modify these Terms at any time
• They may also cancel or change the giveaway if any irregularities or justified reasons are detected

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain.
